Allan Oviedo processes his coffee at his own micromill, named after his father, Don Joel. This lot of SL28 — a favourite Kenyan variety known for its juicy acidity — are washed mechanically and dried in a drum dryer, offering excellent control in his fermentation. The result is a fruity and balanced cup.
