This coffee is a collaboration between two neighbouring farms, El Tigre and La Falda. Both farms grow Chiroso, a variety suspected to come from an Ethiopian landrace. The coffee was combined and underwent an 48-hour washed fermentation, contributing to a fruity flavour profile.
